Allos Therapeutics, Inc. (ALTH) said the FDA granted accelerated approval to its FOLOTYNTM or pralatrexate injection for treating peripheral T-cell lymphoma, a biologically diverse group of aggressive blood cancers. RTTNews had alerted readers to this stock on September 23 and earlier on August 31.
In connection with the accelerated approval, Allos has agreed to undertake additional clinical studies to further verify and describe the clinical benefit of FOLOTYN in patients with T-cell lymphoma.
