Novatel Wireless Inc. (NVTL), Wednesday unveiled its Ovation MC998D HSPA+ USB mobile broadband product, which is designed to provide connectivity virtually anywhere to check email, download rich multimedia content and stay connected to family, friends and coworkers.
The product features memory storage of up to 16GB via MicroSDHC and backward compatibility with HSPA technologies, and provides a total solution for mobile broadband connectivity.
The product has peak data speeds of up to 21.6 Mbps on the downlink and 5.76 Mbps on the uplink, as well as the ability to achieve up to 28.8 Mbps downlink speeds with future firmware updates.
