Black Box Corporation (BBOX) announced the acquisition of CBS Technologies Corp. (CBS), a privately-held company headquartered in Islandia, NY. From now on, Corvalan, former CBS President will report to Paul Anthony, Regional General Manager.
CBS has an active customer base which includes commercial, education and various government agency accounts. Annual historical revenues of CBS are approximately $12 million.
