Fossil Inc. (FOSL) reported third quarter EPS of $0.52 Tuesday morning, down from the $0.54 posted last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.42. The company also increased its fourth quarter EPS forecast to between $0.82 and $0.86, from prior expectations of $0.74 to $0.80. Fossil also raised its full year EPS guidance to between $1.85 and $1.89, from previous expectations of $1.63 to $1.73.
Fossil Inc. gapped open higher Tuesday and has continued to rise on above average volume. Shares are now up 2.76 at $31.67. The stock climbed above a 2-month range and has set a new high for the year.
