American Tower Corp. (AMT) said that it has completed redemption of the remaining $500.0 million of its 7.125% senior notes due 2012.
The company redeemed the notes pursuant to their terms at 101.781% of the principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but excluding, November 13.
The total aggregate redemption price was about $511.7 million, including about $2.8 million in accrued interest. The company financed the redemption with the net proceeds from its offering of 4.625% senior notes due 2015.
