Prudential Financial, Inc. (PRU) said it appointed Robert Falzon as Treasurer, and John Fleurant, who currently serves as CFO of U.S. Businesses, as Prudential's Controller. Falzon is currently Managing Director, chief executive officer of Prudential Real Estate Investors, Europe, and head of Global Merchant Banking. Falzon succeeds Bernard Jacob, who joined the company in 2004. Jacob would become chief financial officer of Prudential's U.S. Businesses. Falzon joined PREI in 1998 after serving as Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group of Prudential Securities, Inc.
