Ball Corp. (BLL) revealed promotions and senior management changes that will become effective at the beginning of 2010, including that John Hayes would become president of Ball at that time. John Hayes, who will remain chief operating officer, will also join Ball's board of directors at the beginning of the year.
The company said that Raymond Seabrook would become executive vice president and chief operating officer, global packaging operations, reporting to John Hayes. Scott Morrison would become senior vice president and chief financial officer and would remain treasurer. Scott Morrison and John Hayes would report to David Hoover, chairman and chief executive officer.
