Masco Corp. (MAS) on Tuesday said that it has appointed David Brown as chief procurement officer and vice president - supply chain, effective December 1. In his new position, Brown is responsible for setting the overall supply chain strategy and procurement policy for its global organization.
Brown joins the company from Dell where most recently he was vice president of Global Logistics and Fulfillment responsible for system design, sourcing and operations of Dell's global material network. Prior to that position, Mr. Brown led Dell's Worldwide Procurement, which included global sourcing of all indirect commodities including Logistics, Dell Services, Call Centers and IT/Telecom.
