Still photos from "Angels Cry," the new music video from Mariah Carey, have been posted online by Carey's husband Nick Cannon. The photos show Carey alongside Ne-Yo, her collaborator on the song. They also show the singer stepping outside into the pouring rain.
"This video is going to be simplistically genius!" Cannon wrote about the concept. "No bells and whistles, just documenting history and brilliance. Two of the world's greatest song writers in the studio crafting a masterpiece. I hope the world is ready to hear 'Angels Cry.'"
"Angels Cry" is taken from Carey's latest album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel. A remix version of the album is expected to see a February 23 release.
There is no official release date for the "Angel's Cry" video as of yet.
