Diebold, Inc. (DBD) announced that it has promoted James Chen has to executive vice president of international operations. In his expanded role, Chen will oversee all aspects of the company's operations in the Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa or EMEA and Latin America regions, including joint ventures, distribution channels, service operations, subsidiaries and distributors.
Chen most recently served as senior vice president of Asia Pacific and EMEA for Diebold. He joined Diebold in 1998 as corporate vice president and managing director, Asia Pacific.
