CKE Restaurants, Inc. (CKR) on Wednesday announced period thirteen company-operated same-store sales for the period ended January 25 for Carl's Jr. and Hardee's. The company said that its period thirteen company-operated blended same-store sales declined 6.4%. Total revenue for period thirteen fell to $74.0 million from $78.4 million in the year earlier period.
For the fourth quarter, blended same-store sales declined 6%, while total revenue declined to $236.8 million from $250.4 million last year.
For the fiscal year 2010, blended same-store sales declined 3.9%, while total revenue fell to $1.08 billion from $1.13 billion in fiscal 2009.
The company will report period one, ending February 22, same-store sales on or about March 3 and fourth quarter earnings results on or about March 24.
