Radiohead has agreed to lend music to a fan-made concert DVD shot last August in Prague, Czech Republic. The film, titled Radiohead: Live At Praha, was shot by a collection of fans using hand-held cameras and then compiled using professional film editing techniques.
"A group of Radiohead fans descended on the Výstavište Holešovice exhibition hall in Prague to capture the band perform, using as many different angles as possible," the film makers said in an official statement about the project.
To contribute to the project, Thom Yorke and company offered up a master recording of the entire concert that will be synced to the video. The band also agreed to offer the recording as a free download on the film's official Web site.
The band is currently at work on its eighth studio album. In an interview with the BBC earlier this summer, guitarist Ed O'Brien explained that new album is a departure from 2007's In Rainbows.
"This is the best record we've ever made," he said. "It's very different to the type of music we were making last time."
