Beyoncé Denies Rumors That She's Hired Jay-Z As Her Manager

Beyoncé is speaking out against rumors that she fired her father as her manager in favor of her husband Jay-Z.

In an official statement through her label, the singer says her father, Matthew Knowles, will remain her manager for the time being.

"Contrary to false rumors online, Beyoncé and her manager Matthew Knowles unequivocally have had and continue to have a close personal and business relationship. Matthew Knowles is the sole and exclusive manager of Beyoncé."

Beyoncé has started work on her fourth studio album. Some of the rumored producers for the new LP are Jim Jonsin and Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins.

Last week, Ne-Yo confirmed that he will write for the project. In an update posted on Twitter, the singer said: "Mornin' NY!!! Studio with Mary J Blige last night, Beyonce tonight. I LOVE MY JOB!!!Shout out Jerry Wonder!!"
