UK-based building and maintenance company Interserve plc (IRV.L) Wednesday said it appointed David Paterson and Dougie Sutherland to its board, effective January 1, 2011.
David Paterson is Managing Director of Interserve's Project Services division and Dougie Sutherland is Managing Director of Interserve's Developments division. From January 1, 2011 the board of Interserve will comprise six executive and six non-executive directors including the chairman.
