POW! Entertainment (POWN.PK) a multi-media and entertainment company, announced that it has appointed Gill Champion as its Chief Executive Officer or CEO and Arthur Lieberman as Chief Operating Officer or COO and Secretary. Both individuals will retain their positions on the company's Board of Directors.
The company stated that Champion is currently President of the company and was previously Chief Operating Officer, having the title since the company's formation in 2001. Champion is one of the initial founders of the Company. He will continue his existing role as President and supervise as Executive Producer on projects in development. Prior to POW! Entertainment, Champion was Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Mirage Holdings, Inc.
Commenting about Lieberman, POW! noted that he served as its Chief Officer of Business Affairs, managing the company's corporate legal affairs including negotiating licensing deals, business partnerships, affiliations, and other strategic transactions. Mr. Lieberman is one of the Company's initial founders. He will continue his existing role and take on additional responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer.
