The manufacturing PMI reports of Italy, France, Germany and Eurozone are due at 4.45, 4.50, 4.55 and 5 am ET Friday, respectively. Ahead of these reports, the euro showed mixed trading against other major currencies. While the euro held steady against the yen, it was up against the franc. Against the greenback and the pound, the euro declined.
At 4:40 am ET, the euro was worth 1.2905 against the greenback, 0.8017 against the pound, 1.2071 against the franc and 103.68 against the yen.
