The New Zealand dollar extended previous session's downtrend against its Australian counterpart in early deals on Friday, falling to a 4-day low of 1.2588 around 5:30 am ET.
The next likely support for the kiwi is seen at 1.2670 against the aussie, at which the AUD/NZD pair meets the trend-line resistance in a descending triangle pattern in the daily time frame.
