Erasing early Asian session's side, the Japanese yen gained against other major currencies in late Asian deals on Monday.
The yen is now trading at 94.64 against the aussie, 90.02 against the loonie, 75.94 against the kiwi, 97.85 against the franc and 143.13 against the pound, up from early lows of 95.05, 90.62, 76.28, 98.43 and 144.02, respectively.
Against the greenback and the euro, the yen that bounced back from an early 2-1/2-year low of 91.27 and multi-month low of 122.94 rose further and is presently worth 90.76 and 122.13, respectively.
