Norway's unemployment rate came in at 2.7 percent for the third consecutive month in March, data released by employment research agency NAV showed Friday. The rate matched economists' expectations.
Unemployment was highest in construction, with 5.3 percent of the workforce out of job, followed by tourism and transportation. With 0.7 percent, unemployment was lowest in education.
According to seasonally adjusted data, there were 1,200 more unemployed in March.
