Justin Bieber has visited victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. Bieber arrived in Manila on Tuesday, played a game of basketball and performed a short concert for children at an elementary school in Tacloban, one of the worst-affected areas by the storm.

Said Kate Donovan, a UNICEF spokesperson at the school: "He played a very beautiful set. He played a series of Christmas songs and some of his hits as well, including 'Baby'."

The teen heartthrob tweeted: "#pray4philippines most touching trip of my life. Help and get involved. I saw the devastation first hand today. They need our help."

Bieber is raising funds for typhoon relief through the fundraising site Prizeo. Funds raised will go towards education, vaccination, sanitation, and clean water and food.

Bieber's latest single, "Confident," was released on Monday.
