Coldplay played a surprise gig at the Ring O' Bells pub in Somerset earlier this week. According to the Western Daily Press, the band played for the pub's regular customers at the super secret gig.
"Wow!! @coldplay just casually playing Ring O' Bells #onlypubinthevillage," tweeted Parlophone Records from the bar, adding a pic of the band performing in tight quarters.
NME notes that the band played ten songs including "Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall," "Yellow" and "Christmas Lights."
The Bath Chronicle reported that there was security on the door of the pub so that regular customers got to see the group that "fills stadia across the world."
Ring O' Bells pub is owned by Parlophone's chairman Miles Leonard, who, in 2010, hosted Kylie Minogue for a similar show.
