Ciara stopped by The View earlier this week to announce that she is pregnant. The singer, who is engaged to Future, confirmed the news after Barbara Walters brought it up.
"Everybody's saying to me, 'You gotta ask, you gotta ask,'" co-host Barbara Walters said. "There are rumors about pregnancy. Do you want to confirm?" asked Walters.
Ciara responded "Of course I would love to" before standing up to reveal her baby bump.
She opened up further to the Huffington Post, saying she knows the baby's sex but isn't making it public:
"I do have a [gender] preference, but I don't want to say that either. I did have a preference before I found out what it was. I had a preference at first and when I was told what it was I felt like it's gonna be what it's supposed to be. It was definitely different [than what I thought]. My fiancé got what he wanted. I'm excited."
