Ronnie Dunn guested on an episode of The Doctors, a medical advisement round table show on Wednesday, May 14. The country star performed his hit "I Wish I Still Smoked Cigarettes" as an ironic play on the program's usual subject matter.

Before playing the tune, Dunn noted that the cigarettes mentioned are a metaphor for regret:

"It's just a metaphorical analysis of what a guy's gone through [in] life and he's looking back and seeing the things that he's passed up. He kind of wishes he could get some of it back."

Dunn has appeared on The Doctors several times, as he's long time pals with co host Dr. Phil.

"I Wish I Still Smoked Cigarettes" is a cut from Dunn's latest release, Peace Love and Country Music.
