Axa S.A. (AXAHY.PK) Wednesday unveiled a global business line for its health insurance segment and said it will be headed by Thomas Buberl, who is the CEO of the insurance and finance services group's German arm.
Paris-based Axa also made appointed Jean-Louis Laurent Josi, who heads the Japan Life insurance segment at the present time, as chief executive officer of Axa Asia. He will succeed Mike Bishop who is leaving the company.
Jacques de Peretti, the chief executive officer for Axa Particuliers/Professionels in France, will replace Jean-Louis Laurent Josi in Japan. The appointments become effective on March 1, 2015, the company said in a news release.
