Inteliquent Inc (IQNT) on Friday said its CEO Edward Evans would resign, effective March 31, in order to pursue other interests. Evans also may quit the company's board at that time.
Evans may continue to act as CEO beyond march to permit the company to complete a nationwide search for his successor.
Evans was appointed as the company's CEO in April 2011.
