Brantley Gilbert has postponed his upcoming European tour in the wake of the recent deadly terrorist attacks in Paris.

"Out of respect for the lives lost in yesterday's terrorist attacks, we have decided to postpone the rest of our European dates," Gilbert posted on Facebook.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of France at this tragic time. WE WILL BE BACK."

Affected dates on Gilbert's Black Out Tour include shows in Glasgow, Scotland, as well as Manchester, Birmingham, and London, England. The tour launched this past week in Amsterdam, visiting the German cities of Hamburg and Munich, but canceled a date in Stuttgart following the attacks.

The Black Out Tour will kick off in the United States on January 28 with a show at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw, Michigan.
