Miley Cyrus and The Flaming Lips have shared the Christmas-themed track "My Sad Christmas Song," taken off of their Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz project.
Cyrus shared the song on Christmas Eve with a note to fans, "#MerryF**kingChristmas." The song release was accompanied by artwork in which Miley sits dressed as a sad elf in the midst of a Christmas scene. The song was launched via both acts' social media on Christmas Eve.
"This is my sad Christmas song / I've had it stuck in my head all day long / I wrote it in the car on my ride home / 'Cause I knew I'd walk in the door and I'd be alone," Cyrus sings on the track.
Cyrus and The Flaming Lips recently wrapped their Dead Petz tour.
