Christina Aguilera made her live stage comeback after a decade-long break for the opening of her "Liberation Tour" in Hollywood on Tuesday.
In the middle of the concert, titled "Hard Rock Live," she pulled a surprise. After singing "Unless It's With You," she invited two gay fans on to the stage.
Ben Lear proposed to his longtime boyfriend Mike Kontomanolis, and the latter accepted it.
The pop star turned emotional when explaining to the crowd the reason for the long hiatus: "Being a mom is really important to me and I'm a very hands-on mom. I never want them to feel that they live in my shadow or that they are not important -- I don't wanna be that kind of mom, so I took some time off for them."
