Morgan Wallen has shared a new song dedicated to his mother, called "Thought You Should Know."
The country music star, who earlier this year created controversy after being caught on video using the "N-word," shared a video on Instagram of himself performing "Thought You Should Know."
"I wrote this song for my mom a while ago, seemed like an appropriate time to share it," Wallen says before the solo acoustic performance.
"What's going on mama?/ Something's just dawned on me/ I ain't been home in some months," he sings in the new song. "Been chasing songs and women/ Making some bad decisions/ God knows I'm drinking too much/ Yeah, I know you've been worrying 'bout me/ You've been losing sleep since '93."
