Mark Ronson's upcoming documentary series, "Watch the Sound," is set to feature Paul McCartney, Dave Grohl, Questlove and several other top musicians.
The six-part docuseries, which begins on July 30 on Apple TV+, will see Ronson interviewing the musicians on their creative process and the evolution of sound and technology in the music industry. The series will also feature Charli XCX, DJ Premier, Mike D and Ad-Rock of Beastie Boys, T-Pain and more.
Ronson is also set to showcase how he creates a song and show how he turns any noise into music, using different techniques like reverb, synth, autotune and so on.
"Sound matters, and when I first started out I wondered, 'How did they do that?'" Ronson says in the brief trailer shared recently. "I've always been obsessed with how things sound. It's the difference between a great song and an iconic recording."
