The Weeknd recently released a video for "Sacrifice," a new single from his latest album Dawn FM.
The Cliqua-directed video opens with a confused Weeknd in a dark room. He then hears a voice that asks him to "accept your fate with open arms" after being "in the dark for so long." He is later captured by some hooded figures and then tied to a big wheel.
"I don't want to sacrifice / For your love, I try / I don't wanna sacrifice / But I love my time," he sings in the chorus.
"Sacrifice" is a song from the Weeknd's fifth studio album Dawn FM, which dropped on January 7 and features Tyler, the Creator, Lil Wayne, Quincy Jones, Oneohtrix Point Never, and Jim Carrey. "Sacrifice" was produced by Swedish House Mafia and Max Martin.
