Chinese-finserv company, Weidai Ltd. (WEI), is trading 6% higher on the market after it announced a revised ratio of its ADS on the New York Stock Exchange.
As per the company, one ADS, which used to represent one Class A ordinary share will now represent five Class A ordinary shares. The changed ratio will be applicable from January 26. The company had previously announced the ratio will be three to one.
