NMS Communications (NMSS) announced that it has appointed Steve Gladstone as senior vice president and general manager of NMS's Communications Platforms business.Gladstone founded Hammer Technologies in 1991, now Empirix, and built it into the world-wide market share leader in VoIP and enhanced services testing and monitoring. Before that, he held various marketing and management roles at prominent PB manufacturers and telecom research firms.In addition, the company also said that Joel Hughes will assume the responsibility of senior vice president and general manager of NMS's Mobile Applications business.
