Wyclef Jean and Prakazrel "Pras" Michel made a surprise appearance on stage during Ms. Lauryn Hill's headlining set at the Roots Picnic in Philadelphia on Saturday (June 3), making the moment a "Fugees reunion."

The six-song set performed by the trio included "How Many Mics," "Ready or Not," "Killing Me Softly," and "Fu-Gee-La."

Pras, who was found guilty by a federal jury on charges including conspiracy, witness tampering, and failing to register as an agent of China, is facing up to 20 years in prison. A date for his sentencing has yet to be scheduled.

Fugees' planned reunion tour a few years ago got canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. After that they played together once in 2021, reuniting for the first time in sixteen years.
