Lauren Alaina debuted her new song "Just Wanna Know That You Love Me" during Monday's (July 3) episode of ABC's "The Bachelorette."
The country singer performed the song during the special one-on-on date between the newest Bachelorette Charity Lawson and her suitor Aaron Bryant.
Joey Moi produced "Just Wanna Know That You Love Me," which was co-written by Brandy Clark, Joybeth Taylor and Sam Ellis.
The song is about the singer crooning over her lover, admitting that she is happy to just know that her other half loves her for who she is.
Alaina, clad in a metallic jumpsuit, sang the opening verse, "I don't need the moon or the stars in the sky / Leave 'em up there where they're supposed to be / I don't need much more than what I got here tonight / I just wanna know that you love me."
"If the sun don't come up and the world catches fire / And every truth I've been told turns to a lie / If forever ain't all forever's been cracked up to be / I just wanna know that you love me / I just wanna know that you love me," she belted out in the chorus.
An excited Lawson remarked, "I love her," as she led her date to the stage.
Ahead of the performance, Alaina posted about it on Instagram. "I really ROSE to the occasion for my new friend, @CharityLawson," she wrote alongside her photo with Lawson.
"Just Wanna Know That You Love Me" is featured on Alaina's Unlocked EP, which arrived in June.
