Doja Cat revealed last week that her new album, Scarlet, will arrive on September 22nd.

Doja, who initially released cover art that featured paintings of dark pink arachnids beneath a dot of liquid, replaced it with a fresh one the following day (August 30) as people found it almost similar to the artwork for German metal hardcore trio Chaver's new album, Gloom, which also arrives on September 22nd.

The new cover art shared by Doja on Instagram now features a pair of arachnids with orblike pink bodies locking their mouths together. "SCARLET 9.22," she captioned her post.

Dusty Ray created the images for both Scarlet and Gloom.

The German band had shared their cover art about a month before Doja released hers.

"The striking cover art, masterfully crafted by Dusty Ray @sloppjockey_ert (who has been with us since our first album), serves as a captivating contrast to the album's intense music, setting the stage for a trip to a place of pain," the band wrote in an Instagram post then.

Doja hasn't revealed the tracklist so far, although she has released two singles, "Attention" and "Paint the Town Red."
