Hip-hop legend Busta Rhymes recently announced a new album, titled Blockbusta, featuring Pharrel Williams, Timbaland and Swizz Beatz.
"This project right here is executive produced by the f—ing committee," Swizz says in an in-studio film clip. "Pharrell the Pharaoh, Timbo the King, Swizz Beatz the student."
The album, executive produced by Busta and the three other artists, will arrive on November 24th via Rhymes' label, with distribution by Epic Records/Sony Music Entertainment.
Timbaland says working on the record was a labor of love and brotherhood, adding, "I'm so grateful that you chose me to be a part of your legacy."
"You really feel illuminated. This illumination is good because I think people are going to be able to get and feel that," adds Pharrell.
"Timeless," Timbaland says, as Swizz scats, "The Blockbusta, Busta Rhymes…zaa zaa za, zone, zone, zone." The clip ends with a volcano erupting the album's title into the sky.
