Radcom Ltd. (RDCM) on Wednesday announced that its current Chief Executive Officer Eyal Harari will step down from his position. Guy Shemesh, who has over 20 years of experience as a telecom executive, will take over as CEO from February 14, 2024.
Shemesh has extensive domain knowledge in developing cutting-edge software platforms that form the foundation of 5G networks. He had worked with Nokia as a Vice President of Business Applications and General Manager.
In pre-market activity on the Nasdaq, the shares were trading at $10.40, up 8.45%.
