Shares of Alvotech (ALVO) are up over 9% at $17.60 in premarket trading today, following a regulatory update and news about the final binding offer for shares.
Today, the company announced that it has accepted an offer from investors for the sale of 10 million ordinary shares, for an approximate value of US$166 million, par value US$ 0.01 per share, at a purchase price of U$16.41 per share, or ISK 2,250 per share at foreign exchange rates on February 23, 2024.
