Galaxy Entertainment Group Limited (GXYEF.PK), a hospitality and gaming company, Wednesday reported profit before tax of HK 6.977 billion for the full year, compared with a loss of HK 3.352 billion in the previous year, mainly due to increase in revenue.
After tax, net profit was HK 6.828 billion or 156.2 HK cents per share compared with loss of HK 3.434 billion or 78.7 HK cents per share last year.
Revenue for the period grew 211 percent to HK 35.684 billion from HK 11.474 billion a year ago.
The company has announced a special dividend of HK$0.30 per share to be paid on or about 26 April 2024.
