Johnson Service Group plc (JSG.L), on Tuesday, reported FY23 adjusted profit before taxation of £44.5 million compared to £38.2 million last year. Adjusted EPS was 7.8 pence versus 8.0 pence last year.
Excluding the benefit of the capital allowances super-deduction, which had limited impact in 2023, the adjusted earnings per share was 7.7 pence compared to 7.2 pence in 2022.
Statutory profit before taxation, after amortisation of intangible assets, excl. items was £37.6 million compared to the prior year's £30.3 million.
Total revenue for the year to 31 December 2023 increased to £465.3 million from £385.7 million generated a year ago.
