STV Group Plc (STVG.L), a Scottish media company, said on Tuesday that its Chief Executive Officer, Simon Pitts decided to step down over the next twelve months to take up a new opportunity in the first quarter of 2025.
The Group noted that it has commenced a process to appoint a new CEO to succeed Simon Pitts.
