Zotefoams Plc (ZTF.L), a cellular materials technology company, announced Tuesday the appointment of Ronan Cox as Group CEO Designate.
He will join the Company on April 2 and will be appointed to the Board as an Executive Director. Cox succeeds David Stirling as Group CEO at the conclusion of the 2024 AGM, due to be held on May 22.
Cox most recently was President of Performance Materials at Coats Group plc, where he joined in 1995.
Stirling, Group CEO, has been leading Zotefoams for the past 24 years. Following his stepping down from the Board, Stirling will remain until October 31 to ensure a smooth transition.
Cox, Group CEO Designate, said, "Zotefoams is a business with a long history of sustainability and growth. I am honoured and excited to have the opportunity to lead a company with a strong heritage and build on David's significant achievements."
In London, Zotefoams shares were trading at 390.10 pence, down 4.15%.
