MacroGenics Inc. (MGNX) has provided an update on its phase II study of its lead drug candidate Vobramitamab duocarmazine in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, dubbed TAMARACK. Preliminary safety data from TAMARACK suggest that reducing the dose and frequency of Vobramitamab duocarmazine improves its safety and tolerability in men with mCRPC. The preliminary efficacy data and updated safety data is expected to be provided by May 31, 2024.
