Shares of TechPrecision Corporation (TPCS) are gaining over 25% after the company announced the termination of the agreement to acquire Votaw Precision Technologies.

TPCS is currently trading at $4.1500, up $0.8500 or 25.7576%, on the Nasdaq. The stock opened its trading at $4.2500 after closing Friday at $3.3000. The stock has traded between $2.8500 and $8.3300 in the past 52-week period.

TechPrecision announced the termination of the Stock Purchase Agreement dated November 22, 2023, between TechPrecision and Doerfer Corporation to acquire Votaw Precision Technologies, Inc.
