Renew Holdings H1 Pretax Profit Rises

Renew Holdings (RNWH.L) reported first half pretax profit of 30.3 million pounds compared to 26.3 million pounds, last year. Earnings per share from continuing operations increased to 28.68 pence from 26.39 pence. Adjusted operating profit increased by 17.0% to 33.1 million pounds. Adjusted earnings per share was 31.3 pence compared to 27.4 pence.

For the six months ended 31 March 2024, Group revenue increased 17.2% to 552.8 million pounds, which included organic growth of 16.9%.

The Group has declared an interim dividend of 6.33 pence per share. This represents a 5.5 percent increase on the last interim dividend paid. This will be paid on 10 July 2024 to shareholders on the register as at 7 June 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 6 June 2024.
