Wednesday, Compugen Ltd. (CGEN) announced the appointment of David Silberman as chief financial officer, starting August 15, 2024.
He will be succeeding Alberto Sessa, who will be leaving Compugen on the same day.
David has over 15 years of finance experience, with a decade specifically in healthcare and biotech industries. Before joining Compugen, he held the position of chief financial officer at Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc.
In pre-market activity on the Nasdaq, the shares are trading at $2.09, up 2.96%.
