Black Eyed Peas recently released "Tonight," the lead single from the soundtrack of the upcoming fourth instalment of the buddy cop film franchise Bad Boys, Bad Boys: Ride Or Die.
The track features Latin superstars El Alfa and Becky G. It blends both English and Spanish vocals over a sample of Corona's 1993 single "Rhythm Of The Night" and interpolations of Genesis' 1987 hit "Tonight, Tonight, Tonight."
"Here we go again, buddy, get it, get it in tonight / No offense, only messin' with the 10 tonight / Baby, me and my friends 'bout to win tonight / Pray for me, forgive me for my sins tonight / No need to pretend tonight / Authentic, go 100% tonight," the song's lyrics go.
Bad Boys: Ride Or Die, directed by Adil & Bilall and starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, is due to arrive on June 7th. Chris Bremner and Will Beall wrote the script.
Barry Waldman, Mike Stenson, James Lassiter, Jon Mone, Bremner, Martin Lawrence, Vanessa Hudgens, Alexander Ludwig, Paola Nuñez, Eric Dane, Ioan Gruffudd, Jacob Scipio, Melanie Liburd, Tasha Smith, Tiffany Haddish and Joe Pantoliano produced the film.
