Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited Friday said it plans to file a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission today, related to the proposed initial public offering of its American Depository Shares (ADSs) in the U.S.
The company said that the number of ordinary shares to be represented by each ADS, the number of ADSs to be offeredand the price per ADS for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
