Assura plc (AGR.L) posted a full year loss before tax of 28.7 million pounds compared to a loss of 119.2 million pounds, last year. Loss per share was 1.0 pence compared to a loss of 4.0 pence. EPRA pretax profit increased to 102.4 million pounds from 96.8 million pounds, previous year. EPRA EPS was 3.4 pence compared to 3.3 pence.
For the year ended 31 March 2024, net rental income increased to 143.3 million pounds from 138.0 million pounds, last year.
The Group announced a 2% increase in the quarterly dividend payment to 0.84 pence with effect from the July 2024 payment, equivalent to 3.36 pence per share on an annualised basis.
